I saw many biker at Kiara and Batu Dam are using Kenda Nevegal. Just wondering how do you think they are performing?

Apparently they are one of the best... I haven't tried them yet, but those I know who are using them already swear by it... 904R, try asking Kevin Han for example...

Supposedly they're pretty good in wet weather as well, might be worth a try...

Khilside, u mean the shop in Batu Caves kah? Do other shops stock them too?

Hahaha...no no...don't ask Kevin Han...he'll go on and on and on about how great they are until your brain registers that you've ridden them since forever. HEhehe...

Hehehe...not really...but I've heard complaints about this matter. He did tell me about how great they were...but I was prepared to turn a deaf ear at the right time as I wasn't interested. THey're just too pricey.

Kenda Nevegal, currently ranking #1 in the world. SC bike also using Kenda, lot of magazine give good comments, review also tip-top.

But, i never try it b4. Then, wat can i say? ....Should be good in performance, but too expensive.

Now, i using a pairs of mid-range tires (around RM45/pc), they are good enough for me to ride at Kiara, no matter in wet or dry conditions.

Overall, i think that Nevegal is more like a 'Trend'. For me, with a pair of good tires but with wrong pressure and size or without a good riding skill....... not thing is Difference.

Spot on master~! I guess you didn't choose that nick for nothing eh? HEhehehe. As important tires are...I'm not yet willing to spend that much on 'em. Currently running Maxxis High Rollers and I think they're awesome! At about RM50 piece...I think it's the best value tires out in the market. Note that Maxxis tires are remarkably cheap in Malaysia thanks to our close proximity with its country of origin...Taiwan. Elsewhere around the world, Maxxis tires would cost you just as much as Kenda's, Hutchinson's, Nokian's, etc...

Oh yes...the down side is gravity. High Rollers do weigh a lot more than the raved Nevegal. Best person to ask would be Jason Tan from Project Maheez. I know he switched from Maxxis to Kenda to shed some weight off his rig.

Master, i wonder who you are? mind to intro yourselve to me by PM?

i'm interest to know you more than others. Because, your style looks like someone. The way you ride, suggestion that u given. It looks like copy and paste from someone that i know him well.

Nothing offence on the request. Just wonder and wanted to know who are you. I do agree with you. Nevegal is a TREND. Long Travel also a trend. And i would like to add something also. If someone who is really "keng", whateva tire/bike he ride, he still will be the champion. This was proven while SEMBO race. Like the Sabahan.

Anyway, nice to meet u master.
