Just a little reminder that the ride is on-on. Just a slight change in venue though. We'll meet at KSH in Tmn Tun at 7:45 instead of the bike wash car park. As MonkeySamuraiShogundude mentioned to me earlier, the cars would likely be safer out at KSH than at the park... So, see you guys tonight!!

Not to make it sound too scary, but as it is, Kiara gets a little technical during the daytime, not to mention at night. I won't discourage you completely, but it does help a bit to be familiar with the trails before doing a night ride. Try to check it out first during the day, and decide for yourself then, if you think you'll want to do a night ride there at this stage?

Scott, you might want to give Randy a list of trails he has to check out first. Just a thought.

Randy, download the map of Kiara (thanks again, Pat!!) from the downloads section. For a start, go up the tarmac road to the crossroads, try 2k, and Twin Peaks. For Twin Peaks, i'd recommend going up and coming back down the same way if you're not too familiar with the trails. Of course these are just suggestions, and it is not to say that you can't try other trails, just that these are more accessible, and likely 'less technical' (technical is a relative term) than the others. Good luck!!

Thanks on the offer to wait, but I do think its not possible at the moment. I'm in Cyberjaya, and at the moment I can't leave earlier than 7pm. From experience when I was still going to 1U climbing gym I have to leave the office at 6pm, and if I'm lucky I can reach there at 7.30pm or less. On bad days (accidents, rain) I've have experienced reaching 1U at 8.30pm. :wall:
